Studio Harmony Pilates-Yoga

Created by Natalya, the studio offers a wide range of classes: Pilates on the mat (with accessories), on machines, Postural Yoga, and Hatha Yoga.

Both disciplines are harmoniously intertwined in a complementary dynamic. They help balance the body and mind while improving your overall well-being.

Private and group classes are available to suit your preferences. Working in small groups of 5 to 6 people allows for better learning, real listening, and fosters a genuine dialogue in a trusting atmosphere.

The programs are tailored to everyone’s abilities, regardless of age, from those with minimal physical activity to high-level athletes.

Depending on the class you choose, you'll have the opportunity to use Pilates equipment like the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Wall Unit. These exercises tone the body deeply, improve posture, and help develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and breathing.

The structured, dynamic, and varied classes allow you to progress step by step, in complete tranquility. You'll be guided, encouraged, and supported throughout your health journey.
