Description
Discussion and sharing time – Walk and Dream, on Wednesday, June 24 at 6:00 PM.
What if we talked about our favorite walks and hikes?
In recent years, numerous studies have shown that walking offers many benefits: greater creativity, better physical and mental health, and perhaps even protection against aging. It also helps us develop respect for nature and build a stronger connection with our surroundings. With a good pair of shoes and a bottle of water, we can rediscover a more natural rhythm, free ourselves from daily stress, and strengthen our immune systems.
Beginners, newcomers, and experienced hikers alike — we all have something to learn and something to share.
That is exactly what we invite you to do during this exchange session, where we will travel across our beautiful region without leaving the Gallery of the Mémo, currently hosting the exhibition MAP – Worlds to Explore. A stationary journey to talk about hiking? Absolutely — because every good hike begins with preparation!
Come along with your tips, recommendations, favorite spots (and even your little secrets!) to help make everyone’s future hikes richer, more rewarding, more original, and safer.
