The goal: to offer a reassuring and accessible environment for those who wish to move towards greater balance, at their own pace. At Espace Enéa, everyone can find the practice that suits them: - Personalized therapeutic treatments - Group classes for all ages and levels - Workshops and conferences - Personal or professional coaching The space also offers a flotation tank. This system allows the body to float naturally in water highly concentrated in magnesium, promoting deep physical and mental relaxation.
