Description
Guided tour: Saturday, November 14th at 2:30 pm: Tour in Occitan
Antoine Bourdelle said, "I sculpt in the Occitan language." He spoke this language from childhood, sang it, and wrote in it. It was an integral part of his personal and artistic life. Living in Paris, Bourdelle never forgot his "little homeland." He maintained strong friendships there, particularly with writers. The tour will focus on Bourdelle's works and his friendship with Antonin Perbosc. The commentary will be in Occitan, with some explanations in French. Presented by Emmanuel Isopet and Norbert Sabatié of the Antonin Perbosc Association (82).
