Race: Les Foulées Biracaises

The Foulées Biracaises are returning to Montauban on September 13, 2026! The Birac neighborhood is gearing up to host one of its most anticipated sporting events: the Foulées Biracaises. The event makes its grand comeback on Sunday, September 13, 2026, for a new edition centered on sport, community, and solidarity. Open to everyone, this friendly event offers formats to suit every preference: a 6.5 km run, a 13 km run, and a 6.5 km walk, allowing both runners and walkers to enjoy the beautiful trails of the Montauban countryside. Participants are welcome from 7:30 AM in the courtyard of the Birac elementary school (110 Chemin de Fustié) to pick up their race bibs and complete any last-minute registrations. Races will start at 9:30 AM on a scenic course winding through the Fustié, Birac, Adien-Prax-Paris, Gascous, and Bonnefond areas, as well as the Route de Lamothe. Beyond athletic performance, the Foulées Biracaises foster a spirit of conviviality above all else. After the awards ceremony, participants can enjoy a traditional "friendship aperitif" and extend the festive atmosphere with a meal provided by the caterer Ché & Vous—available to eat on-site or take away (reservations recommended by September 7). Once again this year, every registration supports a worthy cause: €1 from each entry fee will be donated to ARTÉMIS 82, an association dedicated to providing personalized support for people affected by breast cancer. Whether you are a seasoned competitor, a casual runner, a walker, or simply a supporter, come and share a warm, active morning in the heart of Birac.
