So, just as it was for the 400th anniversary of Les 400 Coups, this year’s event has become a genuine cultural event that brings the streets of the town to life. During the 400 coups, you can notably découvrir : parades of extras, musicians, dancers, jugglers in costume, scènes thétrales in period costumes, dance demonstrations to the sound of music from yesteryear, a grand eacute and fire show;questre et de feu, historical shows with falconers and fire-eaters, a parade of wolves, wooden games and traditional games, a spectacle de cape et dépée, a cavalcade with the float of la Reine des 400 Coups, mapping projections, sound and light shows, and many other surprises. It’s on the Place Nationale that the excitement will be at its peak. Entirely decorated with coats of arms and decked out in the colours of red and blue, on Saturday evening after the cavalcade the square will host a fire show, falconry and equestrian displays.
