The Grape Harvest Festival, organized by the *Association de Fermes en Fête*, takes place over a single day filled with numerous workshops and activities... including a traditional-style harvest featuring a draft horse, a vintage destemmer, and a manual wine press.
The goal is to bring together the artisanal, culinary, and winemaking skills that give wine its prestige, all centered around the theme of wine itself. It is a chance to reconnect with the spirit of traditional harvests, where flavor and festivity take center stage.
A market featuring local producers and artisans will be a highlight throughout the day.
Activities and entertainment all day long.
Painting contest, demonstrations of traditional trades (including a cooper), wine-themed games, Occitan dancing by the *Lo Reviscol* association, a mobile distillery demonstration, cooking lessons hosted by Tarn-et-Garonne restaurateurs, tasting classes led by professional sommeliers, carriage and pony rides, vineyard work demonstrations...
For this 22nd edition, the Grape Harvest Festival is getting a makeover with a brand-new visual identity that is modern, bold, and festive. This year, the event features three unique yet complementary posters: the official Grape Harvest Festival poster, the "Vignes Run Color" poster, and the "Waiters' Race" poster.
Designed within a shared visual style, these new creations boost the visibility of the various activities while reinforcing the friendly, quirky, and community-focused spirit that has defined the Grape Harvest Festival for over twenty years.
New for 2026!
This year, the public can meet a professional tattoo artist and piercer, discover a ceramics and artisanal craft workshop, and visit a dedicated creative zone—featuring a makers' market that showcases local craftsmanship, creativity, and regional products. These new activities complement the event’s traditional highlights, helping to make the day a truly festive and sociable occasion.
All these activities will take place right in the heart of the vineyards—the perfect setting to showcase ROSE THEORY, the new refreshing drink from Domaine de Montels. Crafted from wine and fruity flavors, ROSE THEORY is an invitation to relax and socialize—ideal for summer. This unique blend will be the event's central theme, shaping both the activities and the overall atmosphere. Dress code for the day: wear pink!
Food trucks and local producers for dining—Instead of the traditional winemaker’s meal, we are organizing a gourmet market where you can enjoy dishes prepared by our producer friends and various food trucks!
A new makers' market—organized by *Pote Créateurs*, a committed local association born from a desire to bring together artisans and creators from the Tarn-et-Garonne region around shared values: sharing, solidarity, creativity, and showcasing local craftsmanship. You’ll have the chance to discover around twenty creators from the local area.
The 4th edition of the Waiters' Race! Now an iconic event, this festive race celebrates the servers who champion our wines all year round. Bars, restaurants, and hotels can enter a team of 2 to 4 members to represent their establishment. The concept is simple: a tray, glasses, and a course winding through the estate. Start time: 5:00 PM—laughter and good spirits guaranteed!
Vignes Run Color. For this 9th edition, you can choose between a 5km or 10km run/walk through the vineyards! Tickets: https://billetterie.festik.net/montels-run-color/
