Family constellations offer an exploratory approach designed to shed light on the family dynamics, bonds, and legacies that may influence our way of being in the world.
In a supportive and respectful environment, everyone is welcomed at their own pace. You can participate either as a "constellator"—exploring a personal issue of your own—or as a "representative."
There are two ways to participate:
As a constellator, to explore an issue that is personally significant to you (limited spots available).
As a representative, by taking part in another person's constellation. This role is often deeply meaningful and may resonate with your own story; acting as a representative allows you to work on your own family system as well.
