To mark World Deaf Day, the media library invites you to discover a special program dedicated to raising awareness of deaf culture.
The presence of a French Sign Language (LSF) interpreter, Chloé Cazenavette, will ensure that deaf and hard-of-hearing people are fully welcomed during key moments of the day.
>10:00 AM: Baby Sign Language Workshop
Take time to reconnect in a playful space filled with shared games, stories, and rhymes. Discover with your child the signs of French Sign Language associated with spoken language. Gestural communication to foster sensory understanding, imagination, and simply strengthen bonds!

>10:30 AM: Guided tour of the Memo, with an LSF interpreter
From registration details to a description of services offered to users, enjoy this tour, which is particularly accessible to deaf and hard-of-hearing signers.
Open to all, priority given to deaf people | Free with reservation

Meet local associations and organizations working to improve accessibility for deaf and hard-of-hearing people.
>3 pm: Screening of "I Would Walk Towards You with the Eyes of a Deaf Person" followed by a discussion with some of the film crew, with a French Sign Language interpreter.
