On Wednesday, June 3, Montauban will vibrate to the rhythm of urban cultures with Des Rimes Urbaines on the forecourt of Eurythmie and the greenway.
Organized in collaboration with the cultural services, urban policy, the National Education system, and local associations, this free event, open to all, invites everyone to discover and participate in a multitude of artistic and sporting disciplines.
Whether you're curious, a beginner, or a passionate enthusiast, this event is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic and creative world of urban culture.
On-site, you can try out different disciplines, guided by professionals and enthusiasts. You can also simply admire the performances of local talent.
The program includes introductory sessions and demonstrations in fields as varied as BMX, skateboarding, 3x3 basketball, graffiti, parkour, mountain bike trials shows, breakdancing, double Dutch, a concert showcasing slam poetry workshops, and the show "Essorage!" by the company Les Artisans du Risque, combining BMX, acrobatics, dance, and stage performance.
A unique day in a friendly and stimulating atmosphere, where art and sport will come together to celebrate the creativity of urban cultures.
On the program:
o 10:00 AM: Presentations of workshops conducted with the Centre primary school: breakdancing with Montauban Bboying School and slam poetry with Ghislain Rivera (set design created during graffiti workshops with Mister Freeze).

- BMX with Montauban Cyclisme 82
- 3x3 Basketball with Montauban Basket Club
- Skateboarding with Roulez Jeunesse
- Graffiti with the Mister Freeze collective
- Parkour and freerunning with Chris from MPFP (Montauban Parkour Freerunning)
o 2 pm: Mountain Bike Trial Show by Bike Art followed by an introductory session
o 2:30 pm: Breaking show by Montauban Bboying School
o 3 pm: Presentation of the Slam poetry workshop by young people from ASEC and AMISS, led by Taoufik Korriche
o 3:30 pm: Freestyle show by Montauban Bboying School
o 3:45 pm: Parkour demonstration with Montauban Parkour Freerunning Progres
o 4 pm: Performance by Essorage! By Les Artisans du Risque
o 5:00 PM: Double Dutch demonstration by the Nailloux Jump Rope Club (followed by introductory sessions)
o 5:30 PM: 3x3 basketball demonstration by the Montauban Basket Club
o 6:00 PM: BMX demonstration by Montauban Cyclisme 82
o 6:30 PM: Skateboarding demonstration by Roulez Jeunesse
o 7:00 PM: Graffiti demonstration by the Mister Freeze collective
o 7:30 PM: Mountain bike trial show by Bike Art
In case of bad weather, only the workshop presentations from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM will be held and relocated to the Carreyrat multipurpose hall.
