May 1st is the lily of the valley race!

This year again, Port Canal is keeping up the tradition with its charity run. Organized by the Local Youth Council for several years now, the event offers a sporting challenge combined with a good cause, as its proceeds are donated to the animal welfare association "Les 3 Dindes Ferme-Refuge" (The 3 Turkeys Farm-Refuge). After a 2025 edition that brought together more than 650 runners, the Lily of the Valley Run will remain virtually unchanged in 2026. Registration is only available online until April 30th at 2 pm. The cost is €9 for the 6 km race (€1.29 registration fee) and €12 for the 12 km race (€1.29 registration fee). Bib numbers can be collected on-site on race day from 8 am. A free 1 km children's race will also be offered, for children aged 6 and up. Children's registration is only accepted by email at polejeunesse@ville-montauban.fr, until April 30th at 2 PM. Parental authorization will be required to validate the registration. RACE START TIMES: • 9 AM: Children • 9:15 AM: 12 km • 9:30 AM: 6 km
