Day in tribute to road accident victims This initiative aims to pay tribute to road accident victims, raise public awareness of road tragedies, and provide support to the many victims and their families, who often feel isolated.

At the heart of this initiative, organized in several cities across France, a symbolic table will be set up, surrounded by 17 empty chairs, each representing a life lost in the Tarn-et-Garonne region in 2025. This powerful display invites reflection and serves as a stark reminder of the scale of human tragedies linked to road safety. Beyond the tribute, this day also aims to be a space for meeting and sharing. Victims, bereaved families, loved ones, as well as engaged citizens and stakeholders, will be able to come together to share their stories, experiences, and messages. This event carries a crucial dimension of awareness and prevention. It aims to remind everyone of the importance of responsible behavior on the road and to contribute, through remembrance and dialogue, to preventing such tragedies from happening again. A day to remember, to share, and to act together against forgetting.
