Urban survey: 1621

The adventure is designed for teams of between 1 and 10 players. All the activities are tailored to this number, and it is important for your gaming experience that you stick to this limit.

You may bring along one, two or three more people than the number originally registered, provided you do not exceed the maximum limit of 10 people.

Don’t worry, the tickets aren’t named, so you’ve got a new task: to find a ‘replacement’ for him for the big day!
You won’t be entitled to a refund for any unused tickets belonging to people who can’t make it (please note that you can book for one person and top up your payment on the day if there are more of you).

If you wish to reschedule your session, you can do so up to 7 days before the date of your session by using the link provided in the confirmation email.
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted unless for medical reasons.

The ‘Urban Survey’ activity organised by the Grand Montauban Tourist Office must take place on a specific date chosen in advance by the customer.
No cancellations or refunds will be permitted once payment has been made, in accordance with Article 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code.

Each participant is aware that, given the specific nature of the urban environment, they may be exposed to certain risks, particularly due to vehicles of various sizes travelling at different speeds. They accept these risks in full knowledge of the facts and must comply with safety rules and the Highway Code, and undertake to follow the advice given by professionals.

The participant undertakes to comply with all safety measures provided to them, whether these are set out in a contract, displayed on site or communicated verbally by staff at the Grand Montauban Tourist Office.

The participant/customer is responsible for the equipment hired for the activity. The organiser cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the equipment provided.

In the event of theft or damage to the equipment provided, the participant/customer may be required to pay compensation for wear and tear or to reimburse the full cost of the equipment.

The Grand Montauban Tourist Office and its staff cannot be held liable for the loss, theft or breakage of items (e.g. glasses, cameras, etc.) that participants may bring with them during the activity and which may occur during the course of the activity.

Please note that, for obvious safety reasons and in accordance with the Evin Act, we may refuse you entry to the game if we consider your blood alcohol level to be too high. No refunds will be given (see the rules and regulations).
