Located on the banks of the Tarn, in the heart of the Villebourbon district, the restaurant Au Fil de l’Eau warmly welcomes you in a classic, pleasant and relaxing setting. The access to the restaurant is easy thanks to a parking lot located in front of the restaurant.

The restaurant is a member of the “Restaurateurs du Tarn-et-Garonne” association. The products are home-made, allowing a refined and elegant cuisine.

The little extra

The specialty of the restaurant Au Fil de l’Eau is its cassoulet! A flagship dish of the southwest whose origin comes rather from Castelaundary than from Montauban, the Cassoulet is part of the unavoidable of the Occitan gastronomy. Some Montalbanais will tell you that the best cassoulet of Montauban is tasted here…
