Marc Dautry, Flavio de Faveri, Jean Suzanne or Jean-Louis Tripp, joined by Patrick Bertaud, Corinne Chauvet also deliver their creations whether in bronze, metal or stone to never leave indifferent.

Jean-Louis Tripp (1958), was born in Montauban. Two of his sculptures "Media Man" (concrete and shards of brass 1991) and "Christian Titan" (iron, 1994) dedicated to his son are enthroned in the city.
A multi-talented artist, he is a designer, screenwriter, painter and sculptor at the same time.

Flavio de Faveri (1930), very early discovered his vocation as a sculptor in the workshop of his father, a carpenter, cabinetmaker. After his studies at the School of Fine Arts in Toulouse, he returned to live in Montauban. Her work is often symbolized by figures of young girls with a very structured rhythm, with harmonious proportions. The sculptures "L'Aurore" (bronze, 1990), "Adolphe Poult" (bronze, 1967), "Monument to the fallen of North Africa" (bronze, 1998) show the powerful features which characterize the characters of Flavio de Faveri . A new sculpture by Flavio de Faveri has appeared in Place Prax Paris: Cléopâtre. This work is a tribute to Cleopatra Sévastos, second wife and muse of Antoine Bourdelle. This sculpture is a hymn to the beauty of women and to their strength.

Jean Suzanne (1938), fascinated by the violence of the world, he looks and observes the traces left by chaos, that of war as well as that of the natural elements which inspire all his work. He produced an important series of "Meteors" which he defines as "celestial bodies adrift or fragmentary witnesses of galactic collisions" of which this monumental sculpture "Meteor" (stainless steel, 1988) is the culmination.

Marc Dautry (1930-2008), born in Nîmes, this sculptor established and works in the Montalban region. He collaborates in the illustration of numerous works of art and produces several medals.
"Liberty" (bronze, 1989) or even "L'espoir enchaîné" (pierre, 1958) are two of his works erected in the city.

Patrick Berthaud (1968), is a French sculptor born in Chambéry. He mainly works with bronze, resins, stone and terracotta.
With "La vague" (bronze, 2019), a sculpture installed at the corner of rue Bessières, the sculptor represents Camille Claudel, whom Bourdelle worked with in Auguste Rodin's sculpture studio and to whom he dedicated a poem in 1926. Camille Claudel appears there in a point of balance, between the fall and the ascent, a metaphor for the dramatic destiny of this passionate artist.

Corinne Chauvet (1973), works and lives in Albi. His artistic exploration draws on emotion, human gentleness and laughter. The work of the earth contributes to the sensation of life and energy that the artist captures like photographic snapshots. The artist created a contemporary monumental sculpture in homage to Antoine Bourdelle, "L'Héraclès archer" (resin and stone powder, 2019).
Installed in front of the belvedere of the Jardin des Plantes, Héraclès archer emerges from the ground, like an ancient colossus, in homage to the Montalbanese master. The sculptor has used the most modern technologies here to obtain an exact replica of the work, in dimensions twice the size of the original.

Emilie Prouchet-Dalla Costa (1984), young sculptor artist, lives and works near Toulouse. She directs her practice towards monumental sculpture in situ in order to open a dialogue between art and environment. Very influenced by archaic rites and customs, she builds a universe between strength and fragility where Corten steel mingles with blown glass. Implicitly, his work highlights references, scientific, archaeological or medical.
"The Arrows of Hercules", stuck in the ground, these impressive arrows 4.50 meters high in Corten steel seem to have been released by the illustrious Héraklès archer de Bourdelle, whose plaster is preserved and exhibited at the Ingres Bourdelle Museum . The cracks in the ground recall the violence of the jet and the power of the effort produced by the mythological hero to defeat the monstrous birds of Stymphalian Lake. Epilogue of the sixth ordeal imposed on Hercules, these monumental spiers project a little antique in our contemporary to constitute a new landmark in this new urban space of redeveloped alleys.
A clarification on the original work of Bourdelle
Original work Herakles archer made in 1909
The original plaster remained for a long time in the sculptor's studio and was not returned to Montauban, the artist's birthplace, until 1953 by his widow Cleopatra Bourdelle. Since then he has been exposed to the Ingres BOurdelle museum.

Emmanuel Michel (1970), sculptor and painter, lives and works in the South West of France. He draws his inspiration from his travels on the five continents.
He realises, for Montauban, the sculpture "Napoleon" located rue Bessières, next to the sculpture of Jeanbon Saint-André.
