A little history

The Toy Museum was born from the passion of an engineer, Gérard Misrai, for “Meccano” toys and the construction of castles. This passion led him to collect hundreds of toys.

Today it is a whole part of ancient and modern history that scrolls before your eyes.

Small train enthusiasts, you’ll find tours that run locomotives with the oldest models being 90 years old.

Your steps will lead you to the workshop “Meccano” with its realizations of “super models” all mechanized.

For the girls, the antique dolls surrounded by their period furniture, the dinettes, the berceaux and the sewing machines will make you dream …

Young audience

Fun space where little ones and big ones can learn how to handle the puppet guignol, construction games, shuffleboard, pinball and table soccer.

Allow 2 hours and more for the tour and games…

For children interested in building small meccano models, the museum offers assembly kits with the model schematic to make on site.

The Tour de France is in the toy museum. The riders and its advertising caravan will delight “petite reine” enthusiasts.
