Pregnancy support workshop: prenatal singing

Prenatal singing offers you time to care for yourself and your baby during your pregnancy.

Sound will allow you to experience relaxation and well-being. You will discover the power of sound and the benefits of vibrations for you and your baby, as well as the resources your body has to best experience your pregnancy and childbirth.

We will work on breathing, voice, and posture, and we will learn songs that will allow you to create a bond with your baby.

You can also share this moment with a co-parent or a loved one, who can support you through sound during pregnancy and childbirth, thus contributing to your well-being.
