Ernest Pécou, the visionary patriarch, has passed on much more than just a trade: he has handed down a veritable heritage of gourmet delights. All year round at Délices Pécou, there’s a symphony of chocolates: delicate eggs dance in the windows, melting truffles tell stories. Each creation is a sweet poem, each sugared almond a fragment of family memory.
