In the heart of Montauban, Ingréo stands out as one of the largest aquatic complexes in the region. With its 2,700 m² of water surface, this veritable temple to swimming welcomes you in a privileged setting, a stone’s throw from the parc de la Roseraie and the pumptrack.

An experience for every taste

Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, Ingréo adapts to your desires. Families will love the two play pools and the learning pool, perfect for introducing the youngest to the pleasures of the water. Experienced swimmers can enjoy their daily laps in the outdoor Olympic pool and the indoor 25-metre pool.

L’été transforms Ingréo into a veritable aquatic festival. Outdoors parent-child yoga, inflatable structures, « Instants famille »… <There’s no shortage of surprises in the programme! The highlight of the season: the centre’s birthday party on 5 July, with a DJ and children’s entertainment for an unforgettable day.

Ardus beach

A natural escape at Lamothe-Capdeville

For a more authenticexperience, head to Ardus beach! Nestling at the foot of the Lamothe-Capdeville mill, this little paradise offers you one of the only two river swimming spots in the department.

An exceptional natural basin

Facing you is a natural basin and asand beach of over 5,000 m², formed by the calm waters of the Aveyron. With a maximum depth of 2 mètres, this family spot delights young and old alike. Children love to make ricochets with the pebbles while parents enjoy arefreshing swim in this pristine setting.
