Guided and sound relaxation, Rebozo treatment, sound journey (Tibetan bowls and drum)
This three-part workshop opens the doors to some time for yourself, a space for introspection, relaxation, and calm.
- Sophrology (guided relaxation) -
You will be comfortably seated, lying down, allowing yourself to be guided by the voice with the goal of bringing about a state of letting go.
- Rebozo Rocking -
Gently, you will feel contained, enveloped, suspended and gently placed, stretched, held, rocked by movements that will create relaxation, a letting go, a deep relaxation of your entire body, and an emotional release.
- Sound Journey & Vibrational Massage -
A sound wrap, first to the sound of singing bowls, then to the rhythm of drums, to let go and deeply relax, free yourself from stress, recharge your batteries, refocus, and calm your mind.
Open to anyone who feels the need.
