Come and experience the region’s unique blend of absolute relaxation through the vibrations of Gongs and Tibetan bowls.
But what exactly is a gong bath? A gong bath is a group relaxation session. An ancient practice originating in Asia, it's a sound immersion that provides profound well-being and is ideal for letting go.
How? Thanks to the vibrations of the water present in our bodies (which are 70 to 80% water).
The sound waves of the gongs send signals that are interpreted by our bodies on a biological, energetic, and emotional level.
Some of these frequencies, particularly the lower ones, stimulate the slow brainwaves (Theta and Delta) that our brain produces during sleep. Participants are then immersed in a state of intense relaxation, promoting physical and energetic regeneration.
This is why gong baths offer a feeling of well-being, recovery, and complete relaxation.
We welcome you to group sessions every week, and especially for one session at the time of the new moon and two sessions for the full moon. Please note that places are limited.
See you soon at the studio. Take care.
