Introduction to Wheel Throwing
A 2-hour 15-minute introduction to ceramics on the wheel
Beginners, this class is for you!
With this course, you'll learn the medium and master the basic techniques for making your first piece.
At the end of the session, you'll be able to keep two of the pieces you've thrown, and I'll take care of the throwing, glazing, and firing. (The introductory pieces will be glazed in a glossy transparent glaze.)
This introductory class is open primarily to adults, but if you'd like to do a parent-child workshop, it's possible, but it's preferable that we discuss the subject (otherwise, I organize wheel throwing sessions for teens during school holidays).
Classes will take place at the Mirette & Capucine workshop.
The session includes cleanup time.
