REDISCOVERING THE MILITARY CEMETERY
Meet at the cemetery entrance on Rue de l’Égalité
The cemetery contains five military sections bearing witness to the major world conflicts of the 20th century. Join Jim Ponty, head of the grave maintenance and renovation department, and Aline Simon, director of the ONaCVG (National Office for Veterans and Victims of War) in Tarn-et-Garonne.
Hear the history of these military sections and the stories of the soldiers buried there. Discover the completion of a major restoration project undertaken by these guardians of our national memory.
