A former family farmhouse from 1850, the Courtau "Côté Forêt" gîte is located in the countryside near the hamlet of Cos.

Old farmhouse from 1850 completely renovated located in the countryside with an unobstructed view and protected by a wood at the back in which pedestrian circuits are arranged. Generosity of space, quality materials and large awning are the assets of this privileged site for holidays of another kind with comfort and tranquillity. To discover !

The spacious fitted kitchen opens onto a large covered private terrace with sunbathing area, wooden garden furniture where you can enjoy a meal in the shade.

A pleasant living room with a sofa and two armchairs, flat screen TV, DVD player, board games, books are at your disposal.
On the ground floor, a large bedroom with plenty of storage benefits from a small terrace.

Upstairs, an attic bedroom with large closet, chest of drawers and armchair allows you to admire the countryside and the forest.
Possibility of an additional bed for one person as an option.

You will appreciate the comfort of the bathroom with its walk-in shower, double sink unit and storage.
The cottage has a washing machine with the necessary to extend, iron and clean.

Beds are made upon arrival and household linen is provided.
The cottage has a large fenced outdoor area with gate and a large courtyard where you can play pétanque. A swing for children.
4 km from Lamothe Capdeville, you will find all the essential shops. You will appreciate the beach for swimming in summer and its restaurant on the banks of the Aveyron river.
