Feeling good in your home: that's the challenge the owner set for herself with this new property. Like a cabin, the wood walls create a warm atmosphere between the living room and bedroom, and the kitchen, perfectly lit by its skylight, highlights the dining area: everything is there in this modern, functional loft, with air conditioning for the hottest days! Don't forget the shared pool and the large summer kitchen with its plancha grill, which will undoubtedly be popular vacation spots. A very pleasant new address...

This entirely first-floor apartment consists of a kitchen (built-in units, MW combination oven, refrigerator, 2-burner induction hob), a living room/bedroom (two 80x200 cm beds that can be combined to make a queen-size bed), and a bathroom with toilet. Access to an outdoor area with a summer kitchen, plancha grill, fish pond, and garden furniture. A shared laundry room is located on the ground floor (freezer, washing machine, ironing board, and iron). Access to two terraces surrounding a fish pond.
Bathroom and bed linens provided. Wi-Fi in the accommodation.
