A conference moderated by Philippe Jacq.
This "great crossing" of the Pyrenees, between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, undertaken solo in 67 days by filmmaker Philippe Jacq, is much more than a 900 km hike. It's an immersion into the heart of Pyrenean life. A profoundly human film that takes us to high-altitude lakes and also leads us to men and women who share their lives, their language, and their traditions. They are storytellers, guides in the Pyrenees National Park, mountain leaders, historians, refuge wardens, and shepherds. From bivouacs to refuges, we will trek along the GR10 to discover this mountain range in all its diversity and splendor. A truly captivating film!
