Independent and welcoming house, in a fully enclosed flowered garden.
You will be able to appreciate the sweet summer evenings on the terrace around a good barbecue. Furnished house with 3 bedrooms, very quiet area 5 minutes from the city center.

The accommodation is on 2 levels: on the ground floor, a summer kitchen comprising all the necessary equipment, a sofa/TV, a bedroom with 1 140 bed, a laundry room and 1 WC.

Upstairs: an independent fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher ...), a living / dining room with TV, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 140 a bathroom and an independent WC. The house has a ramp for ease of access for people in chair.

Sheets rental: € 8/bed/week. Optional end of stay cleaning: € 60. Baby welcome: umbrella bed, high chair. A terrace, a barbecue. WIRELESS

Supplement heating on low and medium season: € 50/week
