To Montauban, a day to learn to breathe at the Enéa space
On the occasion of the World Day of Breathing, the space is open on the same day on April 11, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Initiated by Carolina Saint Jean Fader, a yoga teacher, this first local edition proposes three conferences in the morning and five ateliers for après-midi practices.
Partant d’un constat simple — la majorité des personnes respirant de manière tropsurfacelle — this journée vise à sensibiliser à l’importance du souffle dans la gestion du stress, de l’énergie et des émotions, un sujet encore peu abordé en prévention au quotidien.
Huit praticiens interviendront to faire discover different approaches accessible to everyone: bases of respiration, cardiac cohérence, bol d'air Jacquier or encore respiration holotropique with a special invitation.
Au-delà des ateliers, the event will also be the occasion to meet the professionnels who will accompany all the année in the world of the Enéa space.
A free conference is also proposed on Sunday, April 8 at 5 p.m. at the Popular University of Montauban, on the theme "Respiration, basis for the maintenance of health in autonomy."
