WRITING RESIDENCE Between courtyard and garden: itineraries It is the turn of Jean d'Amérique, poet, novelist and playwright who carries high the colors of the new generation of Haitian writers, to settle in Montauban for a residence of creation and mediation of ten weeks. He will immerse himself in the very heart of our territory to catch its “sparks”, will meet various audiences and will explore more particularly the universe of the city's theaters that he will make us discover in a different way. WRITING WORKSHOP - Objective poem Imagined and animated by Jean d'Amérique Imagined and animated by Jean d'Amérique within the framework of the writing residency "Between courtyard and garden: itineraries" This poetic writing workshop proposes to survey the corners of the Montalbanese territory, by writing from unpublished photos / images that will be taken by the participating inhabitants and the intervening author. We will thus make a poetic crossing of the city of Montauban and its places, in search of its intimate lights and its unsuspected lives. Project led by the Confluences association and the City of Montauban (Department of Cultural Development and Heritage: performance halls and Mémo media library), jointly with the DRAC Occitanie, and with the support of the Montauban City Contract. >>> PRACTICAL INFORMATION: Places are limited, reservations must be made!
