  • La Boucherie restaurants have chosen to integrate their own cutting workshop located in Brive-la-Gaillarde in the heart of Limousin. This allows me as a restaurateur to guarantee a quality of supply controlled throughout the year, especially in terms of selection and traceability.

    The workshop values the carcasses in the maturation chamber, and the traditional know-how of 40 trained butchers guarantees optimal maturation of the meats and perpetuates specific cutting techniques to enhance forgotten muscles such as the spider.

    Come and taste the noblest pieces of beef, selected by us according to your convenience!

    You can book or place
    your lunch every day from 12 noon to 2.30 p.m. and
    every evening from 7
    p.m.
    to 10.30
    p.m. from
    Sunday to Thursday and we take the last orders
    until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evening. "
