Pastry chef located in the heart of downtown Montauban, Alexandres was a pastry chef at Negresco in Nice then at Bastide Saint Antoine in Grasse and finally in Kobé in Japan, Jérôme Allamigeon decides to open his own shop "Alexandres" in his hometown of Montauban.
