The Quality Tourism & Quality Tourism Sud de France brand

The Greater Montauban Tourist Office has been certified as a Qualité Tourisme since January 26, 2013

What are the Qualité Tourisme & Qualité Tourisme Sud de France brands?

This mark was created by the State in order to improve the quality of tourist services and to better receive tourists in France. It is the only state mark awarded to tourism professionals for the quality of their reception and services. Accommodations, restaurants, places to visit, sports and leisure activities, tourist offices, seasonal rental agencies…

Qualité Tourisme™ accompanies you throughout your stay. Whether they are recognized or unusual destinations, large internationally renowned groups or small independent establishments, the establishments of the brand join together in the same approach towards a welcome of excellence

The label Qualité Tourisme Occitanie Sud de France is a progress approach that allows tourism companies to be more efficient by optimizing and developing their quality of reception, service and benefits. This regional label is also recognized at the national level by the Quality Tourism Plan: in a single process, you get both marks! It is awarded for a period of 5 years and today there are more than 1,300 certified businesses in 11 tourism sectors. The label team will accompany you during these five years: preparation for the label, external audit (by mystery client), progress workshops and provision of tools to improve, progress and monitor customer satisfaction.

In a process of improvement, each customer opinion (satisfaction questionnaire, remark, complaint, thank you, …) is analyzed.

  • The Tourist Office takes into account all your remarks and implements corrective actions if necessary.
  • The Board of Directors (Quality Group) composed of representative providers of the economic and tourist activity of Greater Montauban, elected officials as well as the Management of the Tourist Office. This group meets at least twice a year to discuss any dysfunctions encountered and find ways to improve.
