Placement of the illuminations

Friday, November 26th

On the theme of travel. Meet at 6pm at Place Roosevelt for a fire show followed by a stroll to Place du Coq for the launch of the illuminations, then the departure of the beautiful and luminous cavalcade to Esplanade des Fontaines for a beautiful finale!

From 10am to 12pm, along the Saturday morning farmers’ market Allées de l’Empereur. From 2pm, Santa Claus will walk in the heart of the city.

At 6:30 pm, Place Pénélope, WALL DANCE SHOW where the lunar universe of the masked characters of Cie Théâtre l’Écoutille meets the aerial dance of Cie Mattatoio Sospeso… A bubble of reverie between earth and moon!

From 2pm to 7pm, setting up a polar bubble with animations for children in a fairy-tale setting with the early childhood service and the MJC.

Christmas for the little ones of Montalban

Wednesday, December 8th

At 2pm at Eurythmics. Show “Quand je serai grand” by Sandou the magician, a dynamic and colorful quick-change show.

Doors open at 1:30 pm / free. Invitations to be picked up at City Hall reception from December 1.

Christmas show

Friday, December 17th

At 8:30 pm at the Olympe de Gouges theater. “Around the world in 80 minutes” brings together opera singers, cabaret singers, models and musicians to take you into a world of colors and famous harmonies from all over the world.

Doors open at 7:30 pm / free. Invitations to be picked up at the reception of the city hall from December 1.

Christmas at the museum

Tuesday, December 21st

The “Christmas at the Museum” children’s workshop at 2pm at the Ingres Bourdelle Museum. When art invites itself on the tree: come create your own Christmas ornaments using some optical illusion techniques!

Advent calendar of the Memo

From Wednesday, December 1st to Friday, December 24th

Until December 24, answer a riddle from the Advent Calendar each day on the media library’s website. A draw among the correct answers will reward three winners with a prize-giving ceremony on January 8 during a festive and fun day at the Mémo with the Musée des Jouets de Montauban.

The winter workshops of the Mémo

Wednesday, December 15th

From 10:30 to 11 a.m. – For ages 3-5. I was born under the snowflakes in the garden next door. A little hat and broom, a muffler around my neck, a carrot for a nose, mittens to keep me warm and little eyes to greet you. Did you unmask me in the cold starry night? Yes ? Then come and meet me on Wednesday, December 15 at the Mémo.

The winter workshops of the Mémo

Wednesday, December 15th

2-4pm – For ages 6-8. While waiting for Christmas, come and make a pop-up card in relief. As a gift, it will surprise the person who receives it. And to decorate the tree, Rudolph the reindeer of Santa Claus will be your star in the night to guide you to your house.

Conservatory Christmas Concert

The Montauban Conservatory offers a Christmas concert at 8:30 pm at Eurythmie. A festive and colorful event where students offer a concert on the eve of the end-of-year celebrations, with the choirs and orchestras of the Conservatoire de musique et de danse du Grand Montauban.
