Jacques Lasségué, renowned advertising man and unrepentant seducer, has finally resigned himself to formalizing his relationship with his mistress Corinne. When he left the church, his sister Lucie, a big blunderer, threw a grain of rice in his eye. Jacques took refuge at his home, a hundred meters from the inn where the wedding meal was taking place.

In the house the ex-husband of the deceased ex-mistress, the employer friend who no longer wants to employ her, the deceased mistress returning from the afterlife, a completely crazy local journalist and Lucie the sister who accumulates blunders upon blunders.
