On the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Jean-Henri Fabre, a famous naturalist, the Natural History Museum of Montauban participated in the creation of a film on the first of the ecologists.
In the 19th century, this partly self-taught Natural History enthusiast became interested in the habits of insects and devoted 10 books to them in an admirable style: “Entomological Souvenirs”. This documentary-fiction retraces the journey that made him the eminent naturalist, as we know him today throughout the world, all the way to Japan.
