On the program:
A Zumba class to boost your energy and good vibes.
♀️ A Yoga class focused on mobility, strength, and grounding breathing to find balance and serenity.
All proceeds will be donated to the L’Arc en ciel de Nahel association, created to support Nahel, a little boy with partial trisomy 7p, and to help other children with disabilities.
