1° Day, 07/19 THE BODY (Ethos)
How to master this oratory art? By being credible, consistent, by assuming the legitimacy of being in your place
    How to approach these points:
By using your body, your posture as well as good gestures and your breathing which will demonstrate your credibility, your authority, your character. Remember, it is what you release, what you send back that will touch your audience.
-Our strengths will be to identify our personal peri-space (gentle mobilization of the body through targeted stretching)
-Identify our center of sustenance (energize our center through tapping, self-massage)
-Adopt an aligned posture with ample breathing (breathing exercises, the 3 levels, cardiac coherence, ujjayi, kapalabhati)
    - Remain anchored whether standing or sitting on a chair (discover our roots, our anchors)
    - Master movements (fixed points, counterpoints, rhythms)
    - Segmentation (notion of mime)
-Controlling your gaze allows you to maintain the exchange, a confident gaze is a significant asset (gaze for an audience, a jury, etc.)
-Now where should you put your hands? Alternate iconic, deictic gestures, punctuators, and above all, avoid parasitic gestures
    - Stress management (meditation, relaxation)
“Trust yourself, believe in yourself, it’s possible!!
2nd day, 07/20 THE VOICE (Pathos)
    Use your voice wisely.
“The voice does not deceive even if the words deceive” said André Suares.
    Our precious allies will be:
    - Articulatory politeness, tongue twisters
    - Voice pitch, Intensity, opening of the false vocal cords
-Phonatory system, air column, voice in the mask
    - Prosody or correct pronunciation will target the attack, the support of the finals, the sta/cc/ato, legato, the rhythms… the pauses (Complete Solfège of diction)
    -Reading/saying it, reading illustrious texts
-Learn to nourish your expressiveness with emotions in order to convey your sensitivity and touch your interlocutor.
The art of persuasion lies in what the audience will feel.
3rd day, 07/21 THE WORDS (logos)
Finally, the words, the logic of the speech which is made up of the arguments and ideas of the message that we want to convey
-Learn to construct a speech, taking care of the exordium or the introduction
    with a catchphrase,
-Use judiciously a rhetorical question that will constitute a transition,
-Imagine a short story or narration
    - Arrange your arguments: of law, of value, of emotion, ad nominem, of causality….
    - Also visit the figures of speech who will shed light on your remarks - Finally, put yourself in the place of your opponents with a refutation
-Carefully prepare your conclusion or peroration because this is what the audience will remember
The last evening at the end of the day eloquence competition and Battle from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. in front of an audience (with volunteer trainees)

Be eloquent, the world is waiting for you
