A photographer of Argentinian origin, passionate about photography and a sociologist by training, he worked for years in the slums of Buenos Aires.

This experience helped him become a photographer. He was thus able to approach people, observe them, analyze existential misery. All this in order to reveal the intrinsic humanity of situations and bring out the emotion in his work.

This photographic work was born from the initiative of the Jour Montauriol reception whose objective was to give the beneficiaries a different perception of themselves, and why not of the world around them, the portraits being taken from a perspective playful with the aim of enhancing the image, without intending to steal their soul, as some native peoples of South America think, but with the aim of capturing it as best as possible.

Exhibition: from January 11 to March 4, 2024
Opening reception on Thursday January 11, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.

    But what is pareidolia?

It is a visual stimulus whose interest, apart from any artistic or aesthetic consideration, allows our brain to “see” things from abstract forms.

This interpretation is unique to each person and perhaps you will not see what the photographer's eye perceived in this cloud, this wave, this flame or this rock...
