When a homeowner comes face to face with a novice and endearing burglar.
Edmond, unemployed for 3 years and father of two children, is no longer able to cope. He then decides to rob the houses in the first beautiful neighborhood he passes through.

During his second theft, our hero, closer to François Pignon than to Arsène Lupin, will be surprised in the middle of the night by Jean-Pierre, the owner of the luxury villa he is visiting and who is none other than the star presenter of the 8:00 p.m. news on the first channel.

The meeting is so surprising for these two dads that they start a conversation while trying not to wake Carmela, Jean-Pierre's daughter, who is sleeping in the next room. This is without counting on Fake News which will turn the lives of the three characters upside down.
