Conference and workshop on tantrism

This will be done in two stages, first on Thursday October 19 at 7:30 p.m. with the CONFERENCE “SHIVAIT TANTRISM, a path of presence and desire”. Organized in collaboration with the Myself association. This tantrism of non-duality is a very concrete spiritual movement, originating from northern India, which facilitates our relationship with reality. It is based on consciousness and energy, the foundations of being, symbolized by Shiva and Shakti. Frédéric will introduce you to this vision of the world and will support you in its practical application in your daily life. This session will be followed by a shared aperitif. Bring a cushion to sit on the tatami mats. Registration: with Nicolas at 06.62.37.62.37. Participation: €15 / €10 for members of Mouvement et Fluidité. Then on Sunday October 22 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. you will be able to experience a “TANTRIC PRACTICES, mindfulness and spontaneous movement” WORKSHOP on the sensory, emotional dimension and movement in order to develop and release our spontaneity.
