- André Mas or the birth of the Museum of Resistance and Fighter. In 1940, André Mas chose to join the Resistance. Arrested in 1944, he will be deported to Dachau. On his return, with the resistant Jean Palis, he participated in the duty of memory. In 1989, he donated to the city personal effects and documents that will be at the origin of the museum.
