  • Documentary cinema There are still secret territories in France today ... This film is a personal quest, the story of a crazy gamble attempted by a dream enthusiast, an anti-hero capable of breaking down all the barriers to reach his goal: to meet wild wolves in their natural environment. After three years spent on the field bivouacking in the wild in any weather, the director manages to go back to the track of the wolves. Little by little, he observes, gets closer and ends up being accepted by the pack. Against all odds the magnificent predators then offer a little of their privacy to this funny character. But the film also raises the question of the limits of this intimacy ... At the end of the projection of 20:30, the naturalist Gilles Béchard will propose a brief history of the return of the wolf in France, its current status, and will present more particularly a state places of knowledge on the animal in Occitania.
