
Jérôme Allamigeon will pass on all his know-how and experience through his delicate and inspired pastries. This trained pastry chef started at the age of 16 and has succeeded, today, in making a name for himself in Montauban.
He had the chance to work as a Pastry Chef in starred restaurants on the French Riviera such as the Negresco in Nice. He was able to complete his experience with great chefs such as Jacques Chibois or even Dominique le Stanc. To build up an international expertise he went to work for 3 years in Kobe, Japan before finally returning to Montauban, his hometown.
He will create his establishment with his wife Nathalie to offer unique creations, original desserts or more classic. Moreover, in 2006 he will obtain the prize of the Dynamique Artisanale and in 2008 be recognized by being a member of the Relais Desserts International.
