| The
town of Montauban has a large concentration of professionnal
properties. (The town is wider than Paris)
For
several years now, the professional properties were
situated near the Industrial zone Albasud I and II.
These zones represent more than 150 hectares. Nowadays,
150 companies (2500 jobs) have settled on about 2/3
of the area. Montauban is close to Toulouse, about 25
min. away so it increases noticeably the attraction,
at the door of a human size town with a well-known quality
of life.
The
high rate of occupation of Albasud and the division
of the sector make the properties offers very rare,
especially for the logistic projects. For that reason
we are talking about constructing a new zone at the
north exit of town for appreciatively 70 hectares.
