• Anti Hold-Up systems
• Oenology instruments
• Blood transfusion
• Wireless communication systems
• Subcontracting
P.A.: Who are your major clients?
J.L. G: The French and English post offices, Intermarché, the P.M.U., Altadis, Wine analysis laboratories (Bordeaux and Bourgogne), all the French centres for blood transfusions, Thales, Ingenico, Eads, and more than 30 countries for export.
P.A.: How is doing your company nowadays?
J.L. G: Well, it is composed of 50 employees, and my turnover is about 8 million euros
P.A.: Why have you chosen to settle in Montauban?
By travelling in Paris, I decided to by my first company in Toulouse!
Then I came to Montauban in march 2002. I was well greeted by different companies such as the CCI, the DRIR, the ANVAR or the Crédit Agricole.
Since, I have delocated some companies who were situated in Monaco, Marseille, La Rochelle and Toulouse.
Montauban pleased me for it’s proximity with Toulouse and it’s human-size town.
Also, the property prices are still reasonable, and I believe in the near future, the Albasud zone will be similar to the industrial zones of Toulouse.
I think that when my company was in Toukouse, it was suffering of a lack of communication/identity.
In Montauban there I more attention for a small or company.
P.A.: Do you encounter hiring problems ?
J.L. G.: No, I don’t have any particular problems. I hire people from Montauban and from Toulouse, especially in engineering.
P.A.: What are your expectations on the behalf of Montauban ?
J.L. G.: The town must keep on organizing the reception of new inhabitants, innovating the districts and promoting the festivities.
I hope that the town will dedicate a specific area for the technological activities.
